At Kepsie, all of our products are made-to-order through a print-on-demand process, which allows us to create unique, custom items specifically for each customer. As a result, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product arrives defective or damaged. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed. This includes:

  • Clothing
  • Mobile cases
  • Bags
  • Quilts
  • Home decor items (shower curtains, blankets, etc.)
  • Hats

Each item is made with care just for you, so please make sure to carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we want to make it right. If this happens, please contact us at kepsiestore@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the defective or damaged item

Our team will review your request and work with you to resolve the issue, either by providing a replacement or offering a refund for the defective item.
